Employers with more than 25 employees are required to employ persons with disabilities. They can fulfill this obligation either by employing such persons or by purchasing products and services from an employer who has concluded an agreement with the Labor Office recognizing the employer as an employer in the protected labor market (protected workshop).

 By purchasing products from ROLOFOL a.s. in the form of so-called substitute performance, customers can fulfill their mandatory quota for employing people with disabilities and do not have to deal with creating a work environment or artificial jobs in their companies for the purposes of employing people with disabilities.
